Shipping policy

All handmade items are made to order therefore, dispatch is usually 1-2 weeks, especially during busier times, although we aim to dispatch your order within 7 days.

Non-handmade products are dispatched within 48 hours.

If you require your a handmade product sooner, please contact me by using the "Contact Us" form on this website, or emailing info@creativegifting.co.uk before placing your order to make sure this is possible.

UK Delivery - P&P is free for orders over £25.00, orders under this amount £3.50 and delivery is via Royal Mail second class service.

International Delivery - International shoppers can contact me for a shipping estimate, or feel free to purchase via the Etsy Store at www.etsy.com/creativegifting
